The Crimsèn
Blood Rum mixed with various fruit juices. A Strong, yet Sweet drink.


The Katharsys
Strong Iridonian alcohol with a dark chocolate liqueur. It goes through the throat warm, but is cold on the breath and has a dark bittersweet chocolate after-taste.

The Karmic

Cafe Chocolate spiced rum. We will let the customer determine how strong it is...


The Minnette

Sweetly on the strong side with a spicey kick that contains the deb-deb brandy with chili spices.

The Ardeshir
Thick Smokey smooth drink, Smooth like cream.

Appetizers

Bantha Nachos: Ground bantha meat with jalapenos, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes baked on top of tortilla chips. Add bacon for an extra credit. Extra packets of sour cream and salsa for an extra credit each.
Bacon, bacon and more bacon!: A whole pile of nerf bacon!
Hot spinach and artichoke dip: Spinach, artichoke dip and cheese with baked garlic bread, or warmed pita slices. Extra bread for 1 credit.
Basket of Fries (make them sweet potato fries for a credit extra!)

Entrees

All entrees served with veggies and your choice of potato, or rice.
Roba Tenderlon Steak
Khor'slug chops, wrapped w/ tukata bacon.
Tukata Steak
Nerf Striploin Steak
Bantha Ribeye Steak
Exoboar tenderloin flambed in Bloodwine

Crepes

Crepes: Really Thin pancakes that are served with various toppings. The Dancer's Palace serves both savory crepes and see our dessert menu for more sweeter flavors!


The Parisian: Original crepe filled with shaved black forest ham, green onion, covered in melted Swiss drizzled with Dijon mayo.
Chicken Cordon Bleu: Sliced chicken breast, shaved black forest ham, melted Swiss, dijon mayo.
Dancer's Royale: Fresh ground bantha meat, bacon, diced onion, Monterrey cheddar cheese, ketchup, mustard, pickles, topped with fresh lettuce, tomato and our special sauce.
Salmon and Egg: Poached egg, smoked salmon, green onion, light dill sauce.

Bummed the intense Tat RP has limited my ability to have Caben visit- but that should change soon.  Also still looking forward to that BBQ, which could also include Dancer Menu items, depending on Crimsen's plans. :)
