I realized that I'd never started an art thread here! Mostly because I do most of my drawing traditionally lately, and don't own a scanner (makes things difficult), but since I am on vacation this week, I have a lot of time to draw and thought I'd do some art stuff.

Here's some that I've already done that are Star Wars related.

Padawan Bren and various ones of Bren as a Knight. Bren started off as a TCW-Era character I RP with my friends on instant messengers, so a few things have changed between that and SWTOR. I had to make his in-game image try to match how I was used to drawing him, not the other way around!







Some designs of a Togruta OC who probably won't get a SWTOR version, because male Togruta are... odd looking in SWTOR... plus bonus Togruta:







Zabrak versions of the Son and Daughter (on my really grainy phone camera):



And last but definitely not least, I am determined to draw each and every single one of the SW characters as their Tatooine Cycle versions, because when I'm not drawing Star Wars I'm usually drawing obsessively researched historical stuff. But, I only got as far as 'Finn' (Luke) and 'Cenn Obi' (Obi-Wan):

Thank you both for the comments! I'm glad you enjoy them, :) If anyone wants to request a drawing of their character or something, just post here with a request and a reference pic! I have plenty of free time and would love to draw some things for people.

Tried to doodle an Aybekk, but without references. So it's not completely accurate, but still a nice picture.



I am in full support of Zabrak having teeny points in their ears like the concept art for Maul showed.

Forgot about this one I did a little while ago. Age lapse of Padawan!Bren, with... very non-canon heights. I ran out of room on the paper, he didn't grow freakishly at age 7. Anyway, thought I'd post since we're doing that back-in-time Jedi RP soon, and I wanted to remember what he looked like at age 23.



Also, reminder if anyone wants a drawing of their characters, just let me know and get me a good reference picture!

Today I learned that Iridonia has an animal called a Hugglepup. The hugglepup eats blissroot, meaning it is probably harmless and if the name is anything to go by, cuddly. The fact that Iridonia also has reeks and a lot of animals decribed as "Bantha-like" has also made me wonder if, in fact, every animal on Iridonia has horns, including the Zabrak.

Anyway, I didn't know what to make the hugglepup look like, so I went with a tiny Force Hound in the event anyone ever needs a hugglepup minipet (which I think all my toons need desperately now). I just wanted to draw Bren with one.

Bren's in-game tattoos are hard to draw, I might just go back to the ones I had him with before.

Got my tablet back, and attempted a try at Seirion. I don't think I'm very good at coloring, either color-matching or the actual process of it, but maybe the more I practice the better I'll get.

Sorry to everyone I owe art to, I still want to do them, but life's hitting me especially hard right now. When things start turning up (i.e. when I can afford nice art supplies!!) I'll get to them though, I promise that. In the meantime, hope you enjoy the occasional doodle I post here instead. :)

So, I know I promised people requests, but life is kinda rough right now, so I don't think I can do those anymore.

However! I also want to get back in the spirit of drawing, and learn how to draw digitally a bit better. So I've decided to start drawing scenes from RP here at least once a week. So @Kremon @LVT @Karmic I need some refs of Exephos, Hark, and Karmic to start off!

I said I was doing art. I did not say it would be good art. But that is the point of this, to practice.



Here we have Exephos almost stabbing Bren at anti-Zak night. One day, Exephos, one day. I almost certainly got Exephos's tattoos and armor wrong because I was doing this one from memory.



Bren, Hark, and Jen disappeared to Palace after Bren's near-death experience to argue about the Jedi Code, dating, and politics. Thanks for the reference shot LVT!

Next time I'm taking actual screenshots so I won't have to ask people for references. Tagging @Kremon @Karmic @LVT and I don't know if Jen has an account here, but if someone who knows that could tag her please help me out!
