Recruitment: Lightside Jedi Organization

Hey all! I'm looking to see if anyone is interested in a heavy roleplay guild focused around lightside Jedi themes. Meaning: Master/Padawan relationships, in character classes and training, as well as weekly sessions generally themed around completing missions against NPCs.  I know we already have a few established, wonderful Jedi guilds already here in the community; but I think there's always room for more.

I've always wanted to see more Jedi guilds out and about. If there's one regret I've had with Custodum, it's that it felt like it became the be-all-end-all of Jedi RP, which was never my intention or desire.

So, here's hoping that this idea gets some traction!

I am interested, it might give me an excuse to bring my old Jedi out of exile.

Thanks for the vote of support Iaera! Since this will kind of be starting from the ground up I should add that I do have experience running roleplay groups, and writing scenarios and plot lines.  But once we have a couple people interested I'd love to have a little pow wow to discuss what everyone would like to see and do. SquigglyV is first on the list! <3

I'll definitely try the best that I can, but to be fair sometimes in the interest of fun and satisfying RP I feel that minor/vague/obscure detail doesn't always need to be strictly adhered to.  I'd appreciate any advice you might have when we plan events should things vary too wildly.

Jedi Custodum is a traditional Jedi Guild too. :P

That said, best of luck in your endeavor! It'll be nice to have another traditional Jedi group around, though all my toons are firmly planted at the Custodum. You should show up to Jedi Nights some weeks, get some more Jedi RP going, meet more people who might be interested!

A little update! My boyfriend has agreed to play again and join the guild to help support us with farming/credit grinds, but he does not roleplay.  We could theoretically form the guild now, but I'd still like to have a fourth rp character to get started.  I've already sketched out some classes, and potential scenes to enjoy once we get started!

Sorry you haven't heard from me for a few days! Our internet dropped and was completely OUT and driving me up a wall since.  I'd still very much like to find a fourth person interested in Jedi RP to get the guild founded and off the ground. I've had sooo much time to plan scenes and events hahaha.

I do not have work until Friday this week, so I will be having a massive SWTOR overdose, decorating, planning events, and writing up Ar'anna's Noetikon.  So if anybody would like to get together in character for the beginnings of the guild I will be on Discord under Sihara. <3
