I've been looking to get back into the SWTOR RP scene. But I was wondering if this site is even still active? If so, who's still around? It's been some time since I was active here.

Any information to help me get back into the swing of things would be of great help.

Still Dancer's Palace on Friday nights! Some Jedi kNights, some Imperial nights, some Independant nights. Still people here!

Hey! We are definitely still active! It's summer so it's a bit quiet, but the event nights still happen every week as always, and there's plenty of people just RPing on their own.

I haven't explored everywhere, but so far it all seems pretty barren for independent roleplay. Everyone seems to have gone full recluse into SH's. But I'll keep an eye out, maybe test the waters at some of the weekly events. Keep an eye out for me!

Unfortunately yes, open world casual RP has steeply declined ever since strongholds became a thing, and it's rarer than ever now. However, there are plenty of folks with a mind to change that, myself included! And yes, things have been a tad quiet of late, but I feel that is also very fixable. Still plenty of RP of all kinds to be had regardless, and I'm gad to see an old face come back 'round!

Do people still do roleplay here on the forum? Or is it mostly kept in the game? Also, good to see you as well, Arcuro! You haven't escaped my memory that easily.

Play by posts on the forum still happen, yeah! Check out Mei, Kremon and Noth's Hunting the Hunted!

Does the Chatroom still see any use? Or is that a relic of a bygone age?

It sees use still, but mostly during events. However, you'll still find groups congregating in there from time to time! I find that if two or three people show up, others are more likely to stop by.
