Begeren Colony GeekOut 2013!

In August of 2012, a couple of us SoCal gamers decided to get together and have an evening. Well, we leaked (intentionally) this plan to the server, and the internet responded with an explosion of interest. Folks came from all over to join us in our (not so) little night of reverie, and even those who couldn't chimed in through the interwebz to be chatty and singing and donning hats alongside us.

We're wanting to extend this fun opportunity to everyone once again.

We will have tables and refreshments, are right around the corner from the hotels in-house restaurant (which I like, personally), and we will have a computer set up with a big screen and a camera so that the GeekOut can be live for the entirety of the time we have the room.

Also, Pazaak. I had Pazaak cards printed up for folks who want to play (or learn how) and for general silly-fun.

I will also be hosting a lunch get-together at about Noonish for folks who want to gather early, though the details of that are entirely dependent on how many folks are interested - I encourage using this thread for such discussion.

Right so, my flight arrives at 6:07pm local that friday the 12th, Jace roughly at 9pm, then Aylaa at 10:45.

I'll be camping out at a foodery or starfucks until all the peoples arrive so we can carpool etc.

Has anyone reserved their hotel room for the event? I'm looking at booking my room before the weekend is up, and wanted to know where most of us will be going for the Geek Out Afterparty. ;)

Okay, on April 1st I am calling the hotel and booking my room.  If anyone else would like to me to book theirs under my name and get them together at that time.  I give you the weekend to let me know!  So yeah, this is the time guys.  Commit!  Come see the shiny happy people!
