Note that this does not include the ENTIRE Cartel Council, nor does it concern Sith or Republic governments- it is an agreement with those individuals and organizations supporting our Coalition. I am neither endorsing or commenting the terms in this document here, but encourage all to weigh the pros and cons fairly and with the weight they require.
The Hutts behind this agreement have chosen, in light of recent disappointments in relations to the Republic and Empire chosen to reach out to the Anti-Zakuul Coalition with aid in exchange for goodwill and non-interference in the Hutt way of life and future expansion of Hutt territory or influence to NEUTRAL regions (see below).
Aid- Giradda and the other Hutt patrons are offering ships, resources, items/equipment, places of refuge, and slaves.
-Said aid would be without cost to us, but out of goodwill and their contribution for a seat at the table/role in the Coalition.
-An initial list of immediate aid is being drawn up. Aid beyond that would depend on "progress" in the wider Galaxy (although in negotiation Maerin emphasized the lives already lost in the Coalition's liberation of Nar Shaddaa/Nal Hutta and our expectation of the Cartel "pulling its fair share" long-term. Coalition may wish to clarify this)
-As a show of good faith, Oblak also referred 2 new organizations, the GenoHardan assassins and a group of Jedi as new allies.
Updated- Detailed Initial Aid listI've spoken to Giradda and his compatriotes, what they offer is meagre for the time being. Some of which they offer are,
¤1 Harrower Class Dreadnought, named Giradda's Fury.
¤1 Valor-Class Republic Cruiser, named The Flying Merchant.
¤1,000,000,000 in hard cash.
¤540,823,219 in hard assets, whether it be in personnel or workers.
¤Exclusive contracts with the GenoHaradan.

Hutt Expansion/Freedom of Annexation- A long-term goal, but one the Coalition members are expected, if adopted, to honor to the best of their abilities by "turning a blind eye" and accepting Hutt claims to NEUTRAL SYSTEMS bordering their space, unclaimed by Empire, Republic OR Coalition, and more in the direction of the MAW than CORE Territories.
-Language of "Liberation" and "Annexation" was employed. Were the implications normal Hutt laws, business practices and traditions including slavery would apply. There was no mention of democratic or voluntary process, it is up to the Coalition to speculate the likely methods of acquiring these worlds, potentially by force.
-It is understood, regardless of political sympathies that Coalition members do not speak for the Republic, Empire, Jedi, Sith etc, only themselves. The Cartel's relations with these larger powers is their own responsibility, and they must estimate the risks of potential outside responses to such expansionism.
Appendix/Review- Slavery and Hypori Coalition Base- Prior terms were stated by Master Thorne that the slave trade (taking, commercial transport or selling, etc) was to have NO place in the Coalition base on his world. To our knowledge, a formal position on Slavery beyond this has not been made by the Coalition as a whole.
-It was also not stated that the existing slaves of a given Cartel representative/citizen could not accompany them (ie- bodyguards, staff, sex slaves, etc). If Master Thorne is banning ALL slaves this should be stated more clearly.
-Past conduct by at least one other Cartel representative included a breach of this, asking to "buy" a free soldier of one of our forces. A warning was raised during these talks, and it is essential the Cartel's members will respect this rule in the future.

Historic Treaty negotiation image and modification of terms:
On a second meeting the Coalition chose to move forward but with some modified terms. The Hutt Cartel representatives also requested some adjustments. The following seemed acceptable to all parties, pending a final signed agreement
1) Due to a small number of secretive outposts or settlements held by Coalition members, it was requested a consultation process be set up to avoid potential conflicts with Hutt Expansion.
2) Respecting the investment and value the Hutts place in their ships, the Coalition proposed a no-cost lease for the duration of the conflict with Zakuul, to return ships to their Hutt owners after. The Hutt reps also requested the Command Deck of their ships remain the private residences of the Hutts, who may sometimes chose to reside or receive guests there- understanding the risk this entails in wartime for them. The Bridge, control and all other decks remain fully in the control of the Coalition and their chosen crews, although some Hutt security personal to remain on board too. One warship was delivered for inspection and probationary use early, along with some walkers, artillery and other war supplies.
-Admiral Wysan conducted the inspection, and is discussing some suggested crewing and command options with the other leadership and members.
3) As an additional trust-building initiative, Admiral Wysan suggested a joint investment in a new Shadowport in deep space to meet both strategic and commercial needs of the Coalition and allied Hutts. To be discussed in greater depth later, ideally placed in a hidden area like a nebula or planetary disk, secret but with 50/50 split of profits and opportunities for growth.
